I have a Baxi 830 boiler with a vertical flue that goes through the loft and out through the roof tiles.
I am changing the roof next week and I want to convert the vertical flue into horizontal so that it comes out the side of the building.
I just want to avoid anything that rips the breathable membrane( as it is near the ridge tiles ) so I have a full protection in case of a cracked tile in the future.

Is the idea basically get a few straights a bent and a terminal for the outside and you're done after core drilling the double wall?
I rung Baxi and they told me the max length for the flue is 10m and losing 1m for every bent.
my total length is about 4.5 m so i need an extra 3m extension with the bent.

No, it’s not that simple. As per @denso13, better engaging with a gas safe registered engineer, as they can advise on what you propose. What you can probably answer is: Does it pass through a void, does it meet minimum installation requirements of the manufacturer, including any clearances? Is it likely to cause a nuisance? Does it terminate near a property boundary?
