cooker connection

I am replacing my old cooker and hob with a new free standing Electrolux EKC5544 free standing cooker. There is no cable connected to the cooker and the wiring block on the back of the cooker has 2 Live terminals, 3 Neutral terminals and an Earth terminal. What cables do I need to run to the cooker socket, i.e. all of them or just some of them?? The installation instructions with its little picture is not very helpful.
