KEYPAD REMAINS RED AFTER REPLACING LOW BATTERY IN ZONE09.
NEW BATTERY CHECKED AND OK.
NO OTHER ERROR MESSAGES SHOWN.

Put the panel into installer mode. Remove the battery from Zone 9 and wait for at least five minutes before replacing it. Then take the panel out of installer mode - it will say "please wait", then a few seconds later the back light goes out, then it will go 'beep-beep' and, finally, the button light should go green.

If that doesn't work, put the user code in and try and set the alarm. See what message you get...
