Jeeeeez! Time to send it to the scrappy aint it?!

Have you cleared the codes and driven it for half hour or so and see what ones come back up?
Some of them could be intermittent codes which have been logged for months/years.

Did you read it with the engine running?

i originaly bought the car as a project just for a bit of experience as im training to be a mechanic myself

no didnt read it with engine running but i will do anyway

so if i run it for about 30 mins will that reset the codes?

No, you need to reset the fault codes with the fault code reader, then take it for a drive to see if the same codes come back.

i used a fault code reader and got them codes but dont know how to reset them thats all. i used it again after fixing a few probs but still getting same codes

The codes will be stored there til theyre erased. If your code reader cant erase the codes too, you'll need to take it to a garage that can reset them.

Doesnt need to be main dealer, any back street garage with a snap-on or the likes diagnostic tool will do it for a drink
