Hi all,
Scenario :60 year old house with solid concrete wall (no cavity) with an old vertical crack in it causing dampness on the inside.
The wall HAS a DPC but the crack seems to have broken the DPC (very small break).
Not too sure whether the damp is caused by water ingression along the crack OR by rising damp through the gap in the DPC.
Any DIY suggestions as to how I might remedy this damp problem.?
Many Thanks
