Cracked tiles in conservatory

Near the double door in the conservatory, all the ceramic tiles have cracked or sheared in the middle. I need to lift up, concrete and lay some form of mat as I don't have any identical tiles and can't source them anywhere.

Any ideas what to lay down and how to integrate with the existing tiles.
