I have just acquired one of the above.
It heats fine, but the drawer does not seem to be filling up with water and the floor is slightly damp at the front of the dryer.
Is there something wrong with it?
There is a pipe running at the back of the appliance, which looks like it runs into the drawer section where the water should collect.
Any help would be much appreciated. Never had a condenser dryer before so not sure how they operate.

Warm air takes up moisture from the laundry then passes out of the tub and over a large metal "condenser". This is cooler than the warm damp air and as a result the moisture laden warm air is cooled and the moisture condenses out.the air is then re-heated and the cycle continues. The condensate ( water) is then pumped up and collected in the drawer at the top.
There should not be any water anywhere outside the machine as when the drawer fills up the machine should stop.

there is a blockage in the pump float chamber!!!!!! this needs addressing now as condensation will be building up on the heater and will eventually start tripping the electrics. what u need to do if the following. 1) remove the lid then the side panel on the left(if youre looking at the front(4 screws on the back + 1 on the top, 3) remove the condenser, 4)at the back u will see the pump/float chamber with 2 pipes pushed in (pull these 2 pipes out), 5) looking through the side u will see 2 clips that hold the top of the pump chamber in place (u will need to push these clips out to remove the pump cover) 6) remove the pump cover at the back 7) with the pump/float chamber removed you can see the botton of the tank. at the bottom on the left is a small hole(this is what will be blocked) 9)clean out the bottom of the tank + the hole + the back of the hole from the other side, 10)use the above information in reverse to put it all back together again. whalaa ;)
