Hello, I have 3 storage heaters that were working fine and suddenly one has stopped working. They are really old heaters, I think the model number is 79052(pic attached). I have checked the fuse, each heater has its own 13 Amp Switched Fused Spur with light, nothing wrong. I have removed the front cover and grill to access the controls and electrics. I did notice that a black wire (pic attached) was broken so I cut the bad piece and screwed the remainder back in, still not working.
The 3 storage heaters are connected to its own consumer box. One other point is that when the other 2 heaters are on, the lights on the switch fused box are lit up and non working one the light is not on, to me indicating no power.
Does anyone know how to fix or should I just call an electrician?
TIA
