creda storage heater

5 storage heaters in a flat the hallway one not getting hot, power to the unit but no heat. checked the timer and turn it on manually power came on to the unit took the front cover off where the controllers are. power there at the controller still not getting hot. could the controller eliment be gone.

Is there a thermal reset device which needs reset in it?
You should be able to check the element by doing a resistance measurement across it. Remember to isolate the mains supply before removing the cover.
