Cromar Cromapol Or IKOpro Universal Flat Roof

I have a 20 square metres felt roof which is getting tired - I want to treat it before the winter

So far my research shows me I should buy either IKOpro Universal Flat Roof or Cromar Cromapol and paint the roof

Does anyone have any ideas on what is the better one - My felt roof has no shingles or anything like that - It is just felt on top of OSB
