Cutting laminate kitchen light rail and top rail

I have got to put up the light rail and top rail on our kitchen I was just wonder what is the best blade to use as I have done a couple of lengths but now starting to chip it using mitre saw it is like a mdf with plastic laminate on front, I've heard something called a double chip blade is this right? I don't want a cheap blade as I want a decent mitre plus I have a couple more kitchens to do for family so will use it on these, my mitre saw is 216mm 30mm centre bore.

Is your chop saw a slider and what RPM is it ?

Yes it is a slider and it 5500rpm

A triple chip would be good for a fine cut and because its a slider use a negative rake blade,48-80 teeth will give a fine cut, stick to a name brand Ive had good results from Dewalt.Makita have a good selection in the ITS catalogue
