I am looking at leasing a property with D1 consent to open a day nursery. My contact at Children Services at the local council has informed me I will still need to look into permission regards noise and parking.
When i contacted our local planning office I was told ' we can not advise on these matters'
So my question is, do I need further permissions and if so, who do I ask??
