Damaged hinge on uPVC french door

Bless the British weather!

In the winds a few weeks ago my French door was blown open and the bottom hinge has snapped off. There's 4 in total so the door is still pretty sturdy but the bottom hinge has snapped off of the frame.

Can this be fixed and if so what should I used to 'glue' it back together.
