Damix Eco-klix spares

I have a Damixa Serie 16 Eco-klix (see pic) basin taps and the serrations on the red (see pic) plastic part have worn which means the tap doesn't turn off correctly as the handle slips.

I've tried contacting Damixa and Bristan but haven't had a reply. From Googling for this it seems like getting spares is problematic.

Does anyone know where I can get spares for these taps?

Hi,

They do carry Damixa parts but as this tap was fairly old, >5 yrs they didn't carry it as stock.

When I contacted Damixa they suggested Croydex.
