That's fine. Our brand new installation (WB) varies between about 1.0 and 1.4 cold/hot. It's perfectly normal for pressure to increase a little when hot. It's only if it increases a lot and goes in to the red zone you need to have it looked at.
John D often suggests leaking pipe. It is possible but not the commonest issue. Could easily be just sweating of rubber backed carpet on cold concrete. Let it all dry and then see.
