damp marks on edging bead

Hi, I have just had a single storey extension finished, where the openings to the original house are plastered the edging bead areas are still damp, ie you can see the pattern of the holes in the beading. The builder says not to worry but the plastering was finished just over 3 weeks ago, should it be dry by now ?

i think what you are seeing is localised staining.

i'm sure the walls will be thoroughly dry by now.
