Damp or mould on internal walls

I have a mid terrace house which is about 100 years old. We started to get mould on the bottom wall inside which is an external facing wall. Cleaned out the cavity with Hoover and it seemed to be ok until the over day. I thinking that it could be a breach with the chemical dpc as the gas pipe is coming through the wall but in this corner. The inside floor is the same level as the front street.

Can someone give us a heads up
