hi all
I bought my house last year and have no signs of damp. I do a damp
Proof certificate that’s due to run out in 2021. Would need to get the DPC re done if there isn’t any signs of damp? And does anyone know if I don’t have a certificate does it cause problems when selling the property?
Thanks in advance

No. The certificate is just a guarantee for the work, and not that you will get damp after the guarantee expires.

It is not necessary to have such a certificate at sale time.

If there is no damp then you dont need to do anything.
