Hello everyone

We have just moved to a fully refurbished house. Days after the refurbishment was completed, we have noticed a damp area on the wall (10 cm above the floor). We have taken the radiator out, even took out the area where the dampness was seen (picture attached) but didn't find anything. We used the dryer to dry the area and the dampness has gone for now but we are still worried that it might come back again. Anyone faced similar situation before? Any help is greatly appreciated.
