Does anyone know a good programme i need,
i need something with a yearly reminder, i have hundreds of tenants addresses and phone numbers with different dates for next yearly appointments. i need a databank with a yearly reminder does any one know any good ones.

What you need is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Contains reminder function but also templates for letters to mail merge when a reminder needs sending out and much more!
