So where do you want to meet ban?

will you be using USB 1 or 2?

Probably 2.0 as the transfer rates are much faster than 1.0.
or we could use a sata cable?

Would both tin foil hats require earthing?

My main concern would be the use of just a capacitor, as this will give a highpass characteristic to the brain transfer, and some of the higher frequency effects would be undesirable. I suggest an inductor/capacitor pair to give a bandpass response, and then you can tune it to the exact knowledge frequencies you require.

Apart from that, can't see any problem.

connect the mains to a 3 phase supply for faster transfer

ok thanks guys, appreciate the help!
I'll let you know if it works.

Should I use a relay? I heard these sort of projects has a inductive load of 3kW...

You seem to have missed the inverse transferrence buffer off your drawing. Was this forgotten or not included for clarity.
When initiating the biometric scan you will need to include some form of reverse inductance feedback to compensate for sun spot activity, a pj947 will probably be sufficient although under powered during trowning.
