Deck over concrete backyard

I'm planning on decking a section of my backyard. It's covered in uneven concrete currently. I'm looking for some advice on what type of posts to use to elevate the deck slightly above the ground.

I'm thinking maybe a bolt down post shoe, or would it be better to dig through the concrete and concrete in some stirrups?

Any input welcome.
