Hi Everyone,i'm after a little bit of advice.
I recently moved into a house with a small decking area. Only problem is we are at the bottom of a slope and suffer from rainwater run off from houses behind us that are of a higher elevation.
Essentially, all the rainwater sits on our decking/hits the external brickwork at the back of our house.
ive read/heard that digging a soakaway might fix this, but wanted to see if I had any other options.
If a soakaway is the best option, how do I go about digging this?
