Decking in a state

Hi,

Our decking is in a poor state.
The paint is flacking off and I need to replace it.

My questions are how di I get the remaining paint off and what do I use to repaint it?

If any timber is rotten you should replace it.

For removing the old paint just scrape then sand the loose off.
