deeds restricting business from home

i want to set up an aquarium business from home but i found this in my deeds,

"not to keep or feed or permit to be kept or fed on the property any animals other than normal domestic pets and no pets shall be kept for breeding and rearing purposes and not at any time to keep on the property any dangerous dog as defined under the dangerous dogs act 1991"

do you think it would be a problem and do you think anyone would find out
online business so no one come to the property
