prefer purmos.10 year guarantee apparently, even if installed wrong.but yet with delonghi more left to right action on the bracket.purmo not as forgiving.e.g you need 10mm to the right the delonghi will slide 10mm yet the purmo prob will not without force.delonghi brackets pain in the ass.basically try both and see what you comfortable with.proberbly helps with me the discount on the purmos 
But which are the best regarding their quality and efficiency?

They sell hundreds of purmos everyday.there is nothing wrong with them and they look ok. There's nothing much to choose between them and mos other rads. Same goes for Vogel and Noot, Quinn Barlo,Myson,Stelrad.they're all ok. It's usually not down to choice of brand. It's down to what's available at your plumber's merchants.
