I am taking down a raised conservatory built years ago and it has a reinforced concrete floor, because I have access to underneath( a garden store room) I can see steel beams across the width but assume it also has some mesh reinforcement also. It is partly lodged into the house wall but I am not sure by how much. The question is this. How do I demolish it without damaging the house wall. If I use a breaker will it fall out of the wall and take some of the wall with it?
