Descaling a combi boiler

Hi all

I've just had a Worcester Bosch engineer out to fix my boiler. He changed the heating exchange but it hasn't fixed the problem. He has said we need to get it descaled and should get a combimate or something similar fitted. Trouble is I can't find anyone who does this.

I live in Berkshire. Can anyone recommend anyone?

Where abouts in berkshire are you based?I do this all the time because there is very hard water in the area
