Dewalt finish nailer DC618 -anyone have one,do you like it?

I already have the batteries for the DC618 so I don't need to buy those, therefore DC618 bare for me would be around £270

I have one and its better than my old paslode im65 I swapped it for as it does the same job but without the hassle of gas and never jams up unlike my old paslode.

In fact its one of my most used tools and never had one issue with the gun.

since you have one, would you be able to confirm if my Dewalt drill batteries below will work with this nailer?

My existing batteries: 18v DE9098 1.3Ah

I found some info that said they would work, but I can't find out 100% that they are compatible. They certainly look the correct shape and the voltage is the same etc, etc

but I want to be 100% sure before I order a bare bones one

Yes they will work.

I have about 5 batteries for my gun from some dewalt old drills I had and all of them work fine.

Nice one.

Nails are expensive but last quite a long time.

I found some 35mm on eBay for 11.99 with free delivery. Dewalt ones.

Mainly need it for trim work at the minute.

I just looked that one up and it looks quality but pricey.
