Diaphragm for a Jaguar 28 boiler diverter valve.

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know where i can buy a diaphragm without having to fork out £70+ for the whole thing? Seems a bit of a con if you have to replace the whole thing just because a bit of rubber has gone. Is there anything compatible you could use?
