Can anyone play one? Does anyone even have one??

My mum and dad have just got back from a trip to sydney, cairns and bali. While in Sydney, they texted me to say they'd bought something and it would be delivered by courier.

It came today, with an instruction booklet how to play it My dad's been as yet unsuccessful at trying to play it.
