diplomat dishwasher problem

I have a dishwasher which is not working properly. The cycle runs as normal but after 30 minutes I can hear a dragging noise.
After the cycle the dishes are rinsed but not washed. The soap tablet is not dissolved and is usually found on the floor of the dishwasher. It just falls out.
I have descaled it on various occasions.
Any ideas what this problem can be?

You need to post the full model details on the door sticker. Diplomat dishwasher doesn't tell us much....
