Dishwasher lower basket items dirty

Hi,

Any ideas or tips appreciated...

All of a sudden, after working fine since we bought it new 3 years ago, some items in the lower basket are still dirty after a wash.

I'm using salt, rinse aid, and dishwasher powder.

I've unblocked both the lower and upper spray arms by removing
them and ensuring they are unblocked.

After loading it I ensure they rotate freely.

I've checked the filters and cleaned them.

I've used the special dishwasher cleaners to get rid of smells and
limescale.

The top basket seems to clean fine, but the bottom basket has
suddenly started leaving dirty items in there. Spray arms and
filters have been cleaned and are unblocked. Bottom spray arm spins fine when I turn it.

Any tips or help appreciated.
