Dishwasher & Washing Machine

Hi,

Can anyone help me. I have a washing machine that has its outlet going into a standard size stand pipe. I would also like to place a dishwasher next to this machine. The inlets i can take care of but i do not know how to get both appliances to outlet through the same stand-pipe. I have see things like Diswashwer & washing Machine Tee's in the shops but am fearful of buying it incase it is the wrong item.

youshouldhave a separate stand pipe for each appliance, just buy a t piece the same size as the exiting pipe
