Diverter valve keeps sticking open, can anybody advise me if theres anything it can be lubricated with

just to let you know ,you can get a diverter valve cartridge kit over the counter £25 approx got one 2day :You need a new one, well at least the back bit and probably not the actuator.
Good luck, I've now been 4 weeks with Ideal unable to supply the correct parts

where did you purchase the cartridge from?
when I turn on the hot tap, I get luke warm water together with hot radiators. I think the diverter valve is moving only partially. Is a new cartridge likely to solve this problem?
