DIY problem

Hi,
I have a backboiler system. I replaced the upstairs radiators with new ones. During that time the boiler was off. When I refilled the system, the radiators would not wark even after bleeding them. When only the hot water is on, I can hear a pump labouring and there is hot water. How can I get my radiator to work please.

have you checked your loft tank to see if there is water in it

No, I will do that today. However, There is water in the radiators and I also get hot water from in the water taps

Also try bleeding the pump.

I bled the pump yesterday night. The system works fine now. Appreciate your help very much. Thanks.
