Sorry for posting these curious questions, but I'm... well... curious ;)

My combi boiler is fitted in my loft, well above all rads in the house. Is it possible that air in the system could gather in the boiler, or in the pipework nearby, rather than in the rads downstairs?

If so, is it possible to bleed the air out of the combi boiler itself (rather than out of the radiators downstairs)?

Most combis have an auto air vent to take care of that. As your system is sealed and pressurised above atmospheric, air should not get in.

Another nugget of knowledge for me to bring up at parties.
Curiosity satisfied for now!

Thanks for that!
