Hi,

I am purchasing this new build converted ground floor flat which use to be a coach house.

I am looking at pics of the roof and see that it dips in a bit on one side of the roof, is this a issue?

Would a standard survey from the bank pick this up if it is a issue?

Or as the surveyor said to me the last time we remortgaged "How much do you need it to be worth?"

He agreed with my valuation
