Thanks for replies all, i'm a landlord and will likely put the property with british gas homecare including electrics. I have another property and don't recall them asking to see any certificates in relation to electrics however that was an existing (old) installation. If an installation is obviously new i'm not sure if they'll ask to see documentation relating to who installed it etc?
