Door draught excluding materials

Hello,

I’m hoping you can help me with a quick question regarding draught excluding materials.

I’m trying to match some materials on one side of a door frame (flat external door, inside a communal area). Please see attached photos.

The draught excluder appears to be the following:

However on the door frame I’m looking at, the draught excluder seems to be contained within a piece of hollow white plastic trim / sheath, and pinned to the door frame. Would anyone be able to tell me the name of this white plastic trim / sheath material and where I can get it?
