Looking at the building regs, 300mm door nibs are required for communal hallways, but I'd like to know if this also applies to a non communal hallway i.e doors within the dwelling?

If so, does "leading edge of the door, on the pull side" mean there is no requirement for nib on the opposite face of the door i.e from in a hallway where it is pushed into a room to open?
