We moved into a 1956 built bungalow at the beginning of September.
Our first job was to get the extension/sunroom/conservatory modernised with new double glazed windows, french doors and a 35ml polycarbonate roof.
True to form, we had all sorts of problems with the double glazing company, but thought it was all sorted out after five weeks of grief. But, we have noticed that there appears to be a slight draft in between the top of the windows and doors at the edge of the roof as it just over hangs. The draft appears to be coming in all along the top, it is very slight, but clearly is not totaly sealed. Should there be a slight draft or do we need to call in the company again. I have to say they have been a nightmare and the thought of having them back again feels me with dread, so any constructive help would be gratefully accepted.
Also, we've noticed that in the morning there is condensation on the outside of the glass, but not to the edge, there is a 1" space all around between the edge of the plastic and glass were there is no condensation, is this normal?
