Afternoon All
We are currently are having plans drawn up to replace our single storey garage extension with a double height extension. The current garage will need to come down as its only single skin. The new extension will sit on the same size plot as the current but obviously will need new footings etc as we dont believe the current to be that deep. Next to our garage is a great conifer tree which the top was lopped off years ago and has been shaped ever since (see pic attached now do i cut the tree down now and grind the stump out or leave as it is? We expect the footings will need to go about 2m+ and have budgeted for this accordingly. Any advice would be welcome on a plan of action please
