I need to put a downspout from the gutter on a hip ROOF soffit.

The problem: There is a concrete heated walk way under the soffit,
I can't go to the building, down the siding and across the walk.

I was thinking of an aluminum trellis of some sort to fasten the
downspout to but I can't find such a thing.
The soffit is 10' above the walk so I need at least 10½' to
fasten it to the ground and the soffit. I am thinking of something
about 1' or 2' wide and only one inch thick. Decorative would be perfect.

can you post a picture or diagram of what you want?

I am not sure this will help. The gutters are not in yet.
This is the soffit the gutter will be on.
I want to have the leader come down to the stones but
I need something to attach it to.

'mmm, that's a very big overhang.

Maybe something disguised as a pillar at each corner?

Would it be possible to hide a pipe or channel in the soffit, or fasten it to the underside?

If it was a lot smaller, a pair of 90-degree bends could bring the downpipe against the wall where it would not be obtrusive, but I think it would be unsightly on your building.

p.s. have you seen Chains used to lead the water down? In a large size can look quite neat. Has to be very firmly attached as stupid or drunk people may try to climb or swing on them

We Thought about the chains but discarded it as there
is a lot of traffic on the walkway. The overall gutter run
is 200' so I need two 100' gutters joined in the center
and 4 downspouts. You are only seeing half of the front
of the building.

 not sure why that`s a problem  have the chain links welded so it`s rigid or have a spiral fluted tube made  in stainless steel ....like an Archimedes screw
