Downstairs basin drainage

I have a down stairs wc and basin, currently the drainage for the basin goes to the outside wall and into a gully, however this outside wall is now going to become an inside wall as I am having an extension. My question is, where can I run the basin drainage too?.

you can get a pan connector for the toilet with a boss built in for the basin
