DPC/DPM Detail

A DPM must be provided under the proposed flooring and lapped up to the DPC; this should be applied to the top of the existing slab and lapped up.

is the following detail correct for the above statement?

Is this a new build?

The foundations are too narrow and not deep enough, the floor slab is too thin and the floor detail (wood and chipboard!) and timber internal wall (no sheathing, VCL, breather etc) are pants.

Looks like an amateurs job at a crappy conservatory detail to me.
