Hello

I wonder if someone would offer me some advice please.

We have recently moved in to a property that was built around 1980, however, quite extensive work was carried out to the property around 2014 - this included fitting stone lintels to the front, new windows all round the house and a new front door.

We have noticed that the internal walls to the sides of the windows are very cold to touch, as are the window sills, and also a draft under the internal sills (which carries on down the wall making it cold to touch). The seals all appear OK, so I am assuming there must be an unfilled gap between the windows and the walls/lintels??

A couple of the rooms are unusable without the heating being on.

The rooms are of nice decor and I am wondering if there is as fixable solution from the outside?

As the windows were fitted 9 years ago (backed by a FENSA certificate), is there any comeback to the installer (who is still in business)?

Thank you for your time.
