Drain issue

How do I solve this. Grounds man left this mess as you can see bend makes the ground drain sit too high above path surface I need a shorter 90 bend somehow. Pic attached perspective doesn't show it right the 90 bend does sit below ground but the drain doesn't.

No idea how they make it so cheap, but it seemed good quality and is doing the job

Its still not the correct way to do it but that bend looks like a sweep which are longer, you can get sharper bends that will not sit so high. Like this compared to yours that has a long sweep.
