if it works you can use the 22mm one. might be stuck closed though.

as corgi said, why do you need to drain?

Whats water gardening?

I dont have green fingers.

Oh, drain from the valve in the picture. Its a lockshield with d/o.

The drain offs on the 15mm pipes are hot and cold supplies, nothing to do with the heating. As others have said drain from the valve in your pic, from all of them if they are all drops ;)

what a pretty pic but the sparks shouldnt be so close to the pipes or wrapped round pipes and try some earth bonding too ;)

Didn't think it mattered other than with the gas pipe  I stand to be corrected though  That brings up another point, wheres the earth bonding

yeap just edited it in just beofer yer so nerrrr and im only a newby :D

No, I was meaning there are different views on whether the discharge pipe should be earthed

there is an earth cable on the mains water pipe where the stopcock is,
if i cross bond all the pipes under the boiler together will this be sufficient?

what dia cable would i use?

and should i include the discharge pipe?

is there such a thing as 'too much earth bonding'?
