drill battery charger

my daughter has two hitachi drills...nicad batteries...and has lost the charger
she says there are ones on ebay for around £30 but that is the cost of a new drill...amateur variety

anyone able to help out with suggestions as to where to get a cheaper one
she is sending on drill model and type soon...

in the meantime just wanted to know if there is a source for s/h chargers

Going off at a bit of a tangent, did you know that unlike the older versions of cordless drills/drivers, NiCad batteries are not to be run flat, recharge more frequently before they loose to much power is supposedly better for them and they charge quicker.
